Union auxiliary plans Ladies Nite Out

The Ladies Auxiliary of Union Fire Company will hold its Ladies Nite Out at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, at the Union Fire Company hall, 1845 Union Road. This year’s Ladies’ Nite Out features a number of vendors to shop from, prize drawings and refreshments. Admission is $1. For more information, call Kimmarie Smolinski at 668-5241.

East Class of 1983 plans reunion

West Seneca East Senior’s Class of 1983 will hold its 35-year reunion from 5 to 9 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at Strikers, 50 Michael Road. Apple Harvest Festival welcomes fall

Ebenezer United Church of Christ will host an Apple Harvest Festival from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, at the church, 630 Main St. Join the church for this event and experience shopping at the Mrowka Family Farm Market for apples, grapes, pears and plums, West Seneca Art Society show and sale, Ebenezer “Original” Sloppy Joe sandwiches, homemade apple crisp, baked goods with a seasonal flair, homemade soup, and seasonal treasures and decor.

Senior Center to host fall dinner dance

The West Seneca Senior Citizens Center will host a fall dinner dance Sunday, Sept. 23. Doors open at 4 p.m. Nowak Catering will serve a sit-down, family-style dinner at 5 p.m. Music is provided by the Bruce Michael Trio. Tickets are $20 each and are available at the Senior Center through Wednesday, Sept. 19. No tickets will be sold at the door. Join the center for dinner, music, surprises, raffles and door prizes. New Hope serves free spaghetti dinner

New Hope United Methodist Church will offer a free community dinner from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21 at the church, 2846 Seneca St. This dinner will feature an Italian menu of spaghetti, dessert and a beverage. The meal is free as an outreach of the church, but a free will offering may be made if desired. Use the Delray Avenue entrance. For more information, call 825-8745 for more information.
