West Seneca names February Students of Month

The following West Seneca high school students have each been named Student of the Month for February in these specific academic subjects:

East Senior

Kassandra Kraebel, art; Katherine Klein, business; Liehanna Pause, English; Stacy Moppert, community service and citizenship; Kaylee Cole, health; Sarah Maszczak, math; Devin Murphy, music; Hannah Fuerst, physical education; Ashton Drakulich, science;

Travis Starzynski, second language; Madeline McCartan, social studies; Austin Macey, technology; and Alexis Okun, world language.

West Senior

Erika Stewart, art; Emily Sieg, business; Megan Suarez, character and citizenship; Analise Healy, English; Paige Buczynski, health; Brittany Moran, math; Cara Jernigan, music; Evan Kuhn, physical education; Matthew Blidy, science; Grace Paolini, second language; Samantha Sigler, social studies; Gabrielle Doster, technology; and Shaun Moore, world language.

Each month, the high schools recognize students whose coursework and high level of commitment to their respective specialties set them apart, and their achievements and dedication are acknowledged by the school and community.

To recognize them properly, their photos are displayed in their respective schools, as well as at The Market in the Square. This program is funded by local businesses.
