Seneca Health Care Center resident Eugene Kogut begins a piece of work during the art classes held at the center. The program, which is facilitated by “Fine Arts Miracles,” allows residents to work with a variety of mediums including water color, pastel and craypar, a form of oil pastel. Other than occasional sketching at home, Kogut didn’t spend time working with paints. Now he takes part in the monthly activity.
