Ebenezer UCC slates Christmas Eve services

Ebenezer United Church of Christ, 630 Main St., will offer three Christmas Eve services on Saturday, Dec. 24. The Family Candlelight Service featuring the Children’s Choir will be held at 5 p.m. Also, there will be candlelight services with Holy Communion at 9 and 11 p.m.

Christmas Eve worship planned at St. Peter’s

St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, 1475 Orchard Park Road, will hold a Christmas Eve service at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 24. The service will feature performances by the Chancel Choir and Strike the Rock. A reception with cider and cookies, provided by Linda Harle-Mould, will immediately follow the service.

Friends of BNAC plan holiday open house

The Friends of the Burchfield Nature & Art Center, 2001 Union Road, will host a free holiday open house from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. during the week of Christmas, Dec. 26-30. The event features demonstrations, games, stories, snow activities (weather permitting) and a variety of crafts. Each day will have a new theme. The center will collect nonperishable items for the West Seneca Food Pantry. Call the center at 677-4843 or visit www.burchfieldnac.org.

Arthritis programs held at First Presbyterian

The Arthritis Foundation’s Exercise Program is held from 1 to 2 p.m. every Wednesday — until the end of the year — at First Presbyterian Church, 2085 Union Road, West Seneca. To register or for additional information, call 491-6470.
