.I see that the West Seneca teachers and school board agreed to a contract. I’d like to now how much of a raise they are getting.

.I, too, am a pet owner and have a dog, and we do clean up after her. My beef is with all the neighbors on my street who own cats. These cats are left out 24/7 and are constantly sitting in my flower beds, sitting on my porch, messing in my yard. People need to be responsible for their cats. They need to be licensed and need to follow the same laws as dog owners. Let’s get something done about cat owners who let their pets roam everywhere.

.To all the residents complaining about the ice rink, have you ever thought about how much revenue the rink could bring into the town with tournaments supporting hotels and local businesses? It could be absolutely wonderful for the town.

.I am opposed to the location for the low-income housing. We have plenty of spots, like the old Twin Fair or the old Bellwood School which could be razed.

.To the person who is worried about being stopped in West Seneca by the police, if you don’t want to obey the laws, move to Buffalo. If you aren’t doing anything wrong, you wouldn’t be worried about enforcement.

Really...Cats...I doubt that

Really...Cats...I doubt that the person who complained about them "messing" in their yard, has ever seen one do the deed. As for their "beef" it sounds like a case of misanthropy redirected at feline visitors. I have never hear of cats being left out 24/7 by their owners, but even if they were, I doubt that this complainer would have heard them or seen them as the vast majority of cats owned by people are indoor cats, and almost all of those that are indoor/outdoor cats are neutered. How about the next time their complainer's dog does it's business, someone files a complaint about the odor...or maybe the next time it barks, someone calls the authorities. Stop whining...you are not complaining about all of the rodents, including, field mice, voles, moles, and rats the neighborhood feline watch disposes of. Let's get something done about those who hurt other peoples' animals and those whiners who just don't like their own neighbors!
