NOTICE TO BIDDERS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT

West Seneca Fire District #3, invites submission of bids for repair and replacement of the ceiling and lighting systems in the main meeting room located in the fire district headquarters located at 2400 Berg Road, West Seneca, NY. Bids for this project will be received until September 4, 2018 at 7:15 p.m. at the Fire District offices located at 2400 Berg Road, Buffalo, NY 14218. All bids received by the above date and time will be publicly read aloud at 8:00 p.m.

The work will consist generally of removal and replacement of the existing ceiling and lighting systems. This bid will include all labor and materials necessary to complete the project.

Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Fire District Secretary, at West Seneca Fire District #3, 2400 Berg Road, West Seneca, NY 14218 at 716-675-2300 by the contractor, free of charge.

West Seneca Fire District #3 reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid best suited for its specific needs.

Bidding shall be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Bids will be binding for ninety (90) days from bid opening.
