Unofficial tally in for West Seneca primary election

Unofficial results of the 2015 primary elections are in, and according to the Erie County Board of Elections, Christina Wleklinski Bove has beat Sheila Meegan on the Democratic line in the race for West Seneca Town Supervisor.
With 95 percent of districts reporting, Bove attained 1,404 votes, or 51 percent. Meegan attained 1,376 votes.
Incumbent Eugene Hart won in the race for Town Council with 51 percent of votes, or 1,388. He beat candidate Dave Monolopolus who received 1,348 votes.
Races were at a close margin throughout the evening for both Town Supervisor and Council.
Incumbent Matthew English won in the race for Highway Superintendent, garnering 59 percent of votes for a total of 1,638. English beat candidate Tommy Reese who received 1,160 votes.
