Man sentenced in burglary of WS home

A Lackawanna man has been sentenced to a determinant seven-year sentence and five-year post-release parole in connection with a Sept. 19 incident at a West Seneca home.

Adam P. Puleo, 32, was sentenced by Erie County Supreme Court Justice Kenneth Case on Feb. 2.

The West Seneca Police Detective Bureau, working with Erie County Assistant District Attorney Danielle Soluri, accused Puleo of entering the home of an elderly person on Ansley Court, robbing two home health care aides at gunpoint and leaving with payroll money.

Puleo was convicted of second-degree burglary, a class C violent felony.
