Ray Laks Honda sales consultant Chuck Riso was recently honored by American Honda Motor Co. for achieving the Gold Master membership level in the 2011 Council of Sales Leadership recognition program.

This is the 20th year Riso has been named a member of the Council of Sales Leadership and the 15th time he has been a Gold Master member.

The program recognizes sales consultants who excel at enhancing the customer buying experience, with a primary focus on the areas of training, sales volume and customer satisfaction.

Riso has been a part of the sales staff at Ray Laks Honda, located on Orchard Park Road in West Seneca, for 22 years.
