ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS for RECONSTRUCTION WORK at the Orchard Park Senior High School ORCHARD PARK CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of the Orchard Park Central School District, 3330 Baker Road, Orchard Park, Erie County, New York, 14127, herein called the Owner will receive sealed proposals on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. (at District Administration Building) for the following Work: 1. Wood Flooring Contract Work (Orchard Park Senior High School). The proposals will be at that date, time, and place publicly opened and read. All work shall be done in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by

Gordon W. Jones Associates, Architects, 5757 Main Street, Williamsville, New York, 14221-5519. All bidders shall be expected to keep bid prices firm for 45 days from the date of bid opening, during which time the Owner will be able to award the contracts. Plans and specifications are available to Prime Contractors on Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at the Architect’s Office for a deposit of $100.00 per contract. Checks are to be made payable to Gordon W. Jones Associates. Prime Contractors must pick up a contract set of Construction Documents at the Architect’s Office with the deposit as stated above to receive all drawings, specifications, addenda and the Bid Forms in order to bid on this project. If the bidding contractor is out of town, the contractor must provide their Federal Express (or) UPS account number with their deposit check and Gordon W. Jones Associates will ship the drawings & specifications to the bidding contractor at their expense. The deposit will be refunded to all Prime Contractor Bidders returning the drawings and specification in good, unmarked condition, within ten (10) working days after the bid opening. Prime Contractors who are non bidders returning complete sets in good, unmarked condition within the above time limit will be refunded $50.00. The Bid Bond will state that the Bidder will enter into the Contract if awarded by the Owner and execute further security for the faithful performance of the Contract as required by the Owner. Bidders will note the required conditions of employment and the minimum New York State Labor Department prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to advertise anew, and to award a contract for the whole or such portion of the work as it determines to be in the best interest of the District. TOWN OF WEST SENECA NOTICE OF RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a regular meeting held on the 12th of day of March, 2012, the Town Council of the Town of West Seneca, New York (the "Town") duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Town Law Article 7. THE RESOLUTION authorized the construction of certain improvements to Town highways, namely: the reconstruction of Dover Drive and Greenmeadow Drive at a cost of $3,000,000 (the “Project”).
